Topolo today for lunch -- any musts?

heading to Topolo today for a late lunch. any current offerings that must be tasted? [we'll be ordering several plates.]

btw, this is my first Bayless experience. while we have reservations at Topolo, i wouldn't be entirely opposed to waiting for Frontera -- if anyone has a strong argument. thanks in advance (and sorry for the short notice)!

a flight, or three of anejo tequila or mezcal @ the Frontera bar is a good start to any meal.
