Highe End Chinese Cookbooks
Just had a great 3 weeks of cooking for my Tainwanese in-laws. Discovered that, given enough time to prep, I enjoyed cooking from Martin Yan's Chinatown and the Shun Lee cookbook. I also did a few recipes from Barbara tropp. All went over well and were a lot of fun to cook and eat.
Just wondering - are there other really good Chinese cookbooks out there suited to entertaining? I see a lot of "Quick Wok Cookery" books out there, but fewer that have more invlolved recipes.
