I haven't taken them, but I know of them. You might want to look into the Txoko del Gourmet, which is in the Old Quarter, above the Casa Nicolasa restaurant on Aldamar 4.

Hey - I too am looking for classes in san sebastian. They are all quite expensive unfortunately... when are you looking to go? I am looking to go at the end of month/early next month.
