Ferratt's in Albany-- has anyone been?
I met a waiter on BART a few weeks ago who handed me the card for this place. Has anyone been? What I'm most amazed about is that it's open until midnight-- which is rare for sleepy East Bay.
The website is most intriguing as well:

Ha, I have actually been. I was there with a batchelorette party on a Wednesday. We totally rocked the karaoke. I did not try the food. But the drinks were good, and so was the service. It's right next to the Ivy Room. And we weren't the *only* people there, so, that's something. :)
BerkeleyKaraoke.net cycles through here often, apparently. http://www.berkeleykaraoke.net/

The bar next door is open late. Also I think they may not be opened late yet since the home page on the website just says 5pm - 9pm though the calandar page has them open until midnight.
The initial Yelp reports aren't positive and are actually focusing on the food (two at this time). One review kind of had me chuckling.
It seems more heavily Mexican ... with eggrolls.
Then again, how many places have ravioli, paninis. guacamole, tiramisu and flan on the same menu.
I wonder if it is the same owner as the old Sea Mi. The menu has that same feel only with a different cuisine. The Barbi doll in the Spanish outfit on the web site seems to capture the old Sea Mi spirit ... that and the fact that the Berkeley Chamber of Commerce site says that it will also have karaoke nights. Though it does list Phil Ferratt and IIRC that wasn't the old owner's name.
