For romance, views and decent food, you've got a good list. My only suggestion would be to include Beau Rivage for sunset(at the Newstead Hotel). I think they do breakfast as well if you have too many dinner nights. Otherwise, Fourways, Tom Moore's and Ascots I find to be quite similar with their old world romance theme. Harbourfront is quite good, request an outside table to watch the sun go down.

For local flavour, try the Green Lantern for breakfast.
