Creating a Website

I want to start a food website, have the domain name, but don't know how to create the page. Does anyone have any suggestions how to create the easiest way possible. Make a nice page where I can post and people can comment. Any suggestion would be appreciated. TIA

this will walk you through, she set it up about 8 or 10 years ago, and it looks a little Hello Kitty (she was about 10 when she did it first), but it's spot on.
