Went there today for the first time—great cheeseburgers, and the double hot cheese (that's it, just melted cheese slathered onto a bun) was delicious. Not crazy about the home fries, but, hey, the burgers were enough.

I recommend that you, at least, order it with salt & pepper (or at least with salt) otherwise you are going to be eating a no-salt (or low-salt) burger that is somewhat lacking in flavour.

The specialness of Teds (and remember its primarily a hamburger joint - not some heaven-kissed miracle shack) comes in the environment & the cheese. It is unique and I certainly enjoy it - but I think some go a little overboard on its merits.
