Breakfast w/ kids in Dennis?

Hi, We are taking our first family vacation to the Cape with a 2 and 3 year old in tow. No one has allergies or preferences. So any good breakfast spots within 1/2 of Dennis that I can walk into with kids and not feel as though I am putting other diners out? I hate that look :) Thanks!

  1. There is a pretty spectacular breakfast place in East Dennis called Grumpy's. It is on 6A. This is very kid friendly. There is often a wait, but they move things along. Huge muffins, belgian waffles, all sorts of "scrambles". Oh yeah, this is hard to beat for family breakfast dinning

I don't eat breakfast other than the Black Dog if I at the Vineyard (breakfast rocks here..)..but get in line with everyone else at the Red Cottage on Old Bass River Road. I don't understand why but it's packed.

I would LOVE a great breakfast eatery with vegetarian items, real maple syrup and homemade (not mix) pastries.

Mercantile on 6 A in Dennis has lovely items as does Buckies Biscotti next door. GREAT scones. Take them and sit across the street at the bandstand...the kids can go see the old grave stones in the adjacent cemetary.

Sesuit Cafe serves breakfast. I saw some killer looking blueberry scones in June. Can some report back?
