      <content>wow. holding chocolate truffles--a concept my mind finds so difficult to contemplate!

Keep in mind chocolate (the fat thereof ) absorbs flavors in a flash--everything from the residual goop on sauce jar threads to last week's brussels sprouts. m-m-m-m.

I'd say eat as soon as practicality permits. If not, seal in glass container and hope for the best. Texture will likely suffer.</content>
