Lake Huron Thumb shoreline (MI)?

Thinking of heading over there this weekend to wave summer goodbye--is there any place between Port Huron and Harbor Beach to get fresh fish (or anything else decent)? Outdoor seating would be great, but I'll settle for anything.

I can't vouch for the fish, but Mary's in Port Sanillac has some pretty good chicken marsala. My family loves the near-neon-colored sweet potatoes that come with it, but I don't really care for them. I can, however, say that the chicken marsala (only offered for dinner, and I *think* it's a special, but it's usually a special every night) is good.

The other idea that popped into my head was the Cadillac House in Lexington for ribs. My brother and SIL apparently like them, though I haven't had them myself.

I'll be the first to say that there isn't much up that way, and it certainly *is* surprising that there aren't any "freshly caught" places that I'm aware of. All that water...
