They started it in July.
http://www.cowgirlcreamery.com/tours.asp

The guided tour (M-F 8am to 4pm) includes a cheesemaking demonstration, tasting and a sampler bag of Cowgirl Creamery cheeses to take home.

It is $30 so I'm wondering what it is like. Just what is that sampler like?

I don't know about Cowgirl's tour, but a friend was just describing an enjoyable tour she took this spring at Strauss Creamery with lunch at Hog Island. Not sure who she booked it through.
