Need a fabulous Salad Nicoise (Niçoise)

I'd like to find a fabulous Salad Niçoise - tomatoes, anchovies, garlic (usually in the dressing) and black olives, green beans, tuna, new potatoes and hard-boiled eggs, served with an italian dressing, possibly with capers, Boston lettuce, finely chopped shallots or onion, cucumber chunks, artichoke hearts, raw peppers, or broad beans.

It would be great if the anchovies were fresh.

Thanks, RC

As MMRuth has mentioned, several of the ingredients you mentioned are not normally found in the traditional Salade Nicoise.

Gascogne is one of our favorite French bistros. They offer a Salade Nicoise at lunch. Since I've not had it there, I can't say exactly how traditional it would. However, Gascoge's food is uniformly delicious, so I have no doubt that salad, no matter its composition, would be excellent. We just had a wonderful lunch there a few days ago, and sitting in the charming garden always adds to the pleasure of dining there.

Same deal with the ingredients, but the one at Paradou is great.

I can't say that it has every ingredient you are looking for (particularly the ones after the eggs, which I think are less traditional), but I enjoyed the one at Artisanal. It has seared tuna, btw.
