I had this for the first time last night and fell in love. It was gooey, decadent and delicious. I'd love to make something similar for Thanksgiving. Has anyone seen a similar recipe or tried to make it themselves?

I'm willing to embark on this mission alone, however, it could mean a lot of expensive Gruyere gets tossed.
