Hi. A friend and I will be visiting Seattle in a couple weeks and he has an allergy to gluten. Regardless of location in the city or outlying areas, does anyone have any recommendations for all gluten-free establishments or any that have a separate gluten-free menu? I'm already aware of Impromptu and have checked glutenfreegirlrecommends.blogspot.com for places. any other ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Canyons is a chain that has a gluten-free menu. Not amazing food, but fine in a pinch. Multiple locations.

Da Vinci Bakery is way the frig out in Greenwood, but my gluten-intolerant friend seemed to like it a lot. And even not having a gluten intolerance, the food was pretty good.
