Video Of Chef Paul P. and Chef Paladin

When I was in Culinary Arts School I saw a video of Chef Paladin and Chef Paul along with many other famous chefs cooking a special dinner in Israel. It all had to be Kosher. Does anybody know the name of this? It was an AWSOME treat to watch Paladin! He brought us Fois Gras

I can't find a source for the video, but the event was the King David Feast celebrating the 3000th anniversary of Jerusalem on March 18th 1996.
