DOBOS TORT in OC, or even in LA?

Having difficulty finding high quality Dobos tort close to the Gerbau presentation: with the burnt caramel glaze topping and layers of dark chocolate. The few we have seen in OC / LA are very week second rate imitations, and or missing the caramelized topping..
Will be happy to order it ahead -so they have time to make it.
Any and all suggestions would be much appreciated.
