In amsterdam next week

Hi,
I'll be spending next week in Amsterdam, primarily looking for good stuff to eat. Anything from high end to hole in the wall, any cuisine, as long as it's good or memorable.
I'll be staying in the "Nine Streets" area but willing to go anywhere.
For high end I've previously been to Christophe (couple of years ago), de Kas, restaurant in Hotel Dylan (forgot the name).
Particularly like Greek, other middle east, moroccan, italian, around the mediterranean.

Restaurant De Kas is great. It is on the high end. It used to be a municipal nursery and some of the vegetables you will be served are grown there. Very fresh, innovative food. It is a little ways from the center of Amsterdam but a taxi or train/bus combination will get you there.

If you like Italian, you'll love Pulpo. Creative cooking, fresh ingredients, lovely room, and terrific service. The wine list is small, but well-chosen.
