Where does one score a "proper pour" in Asheville?

Jeff C. Aug 21, 2008 05:38 AM

Beer snobs maintain that the only place to get a properly volcanic pour of Guiness draft is in Ireland. To which I say, "Feh."

So, WNC Hounds: Where is the best place in Asheville to quaff a pint of that rich chocolately goodness?

nah, the beer snobs say drink Pisgah Valdez.

Haven't seen this one. I assume it's only available on tap but where?

            Jeff C.-

If you like beer, find a reason to stop by Barley's often. Pisgah also has a tasting room now, btw.

Like it a little TOO MUCH, I'm afraid. (Gotta watch my gut!)
