Good Pho in OC?

Help a sista out, I consistently go to Saigon Noodle House in Yorba Linda but I know there must be some really great places somewhere in OC.

Go to the Pho Bowl in Laguna Niguel, Corner of La Paz and Aliso Creek Road. Great food and Great price. Service is super fast.

I'm going to pho for lunch and a colleague recommended either Saigon Noodle House (SNH) and another pho restaurant on Imperial Hwy & Kraemer. So my guess is the one on Imperial & Kraemer would be the same calibre as your standby SNH....

My favorite is Pho 99, one on Harbor in Costa Mesa, the other in Irvine off Jeffrey in the same plaza as 99 ranch.

Pho Thanh Lich or Pho 79, which face each other catercorner across Brookhurst and Hazard in Westminster. I prefer Pho Thanh Lich.

If Little Saigon is not in your future, or if you feel the need for decor and service with your pho, you could try Pho Republic on Anaheim and Lincoln in Anaheim. Pho Thanh Lich it's not, but it's still better than anyplace in, say, West LA. (COUGH)

On one of our occasional forays across the Orange Curtain, PayOrPlay Jr. and I went to Pho Thanh Lich yesterday (after visiting the Terra-Cotta Soldiers exhibit at the Bowers) We both thought it was superb, maybe the best pho broth we'd ever had, energetic noodles, fine beef. The pho arrived lightning-fast but service was a bit confused (his vanilla milkshake came with coffee--I guess all the 6 year olds drink coffee in Vietnam?); nothing out of the norm for Little Saigon. Thanks for the recommendation.
