        <content>Has anyone taken any of the short (2-3 evening) cooking classes at NAIT? I've pondered them for a while now, and was looking at a brochure I got in the mail this week and am seriously considering a couple of the international cuisine ones.  Any insights? Helpful? Good value? Etc...</content>
