New Indian restaurant in Marlboro area?
My wife saw a tiny sign announcing a new Indian restaurant. She saw this sign on Lloyd Road in Marlboro.. all she could read was "New Indian Restaurant", but not the fine print underneath. I'm assuming it's in Marlboro somewhere.. or perhaps Aberdeen or Matawan. I know of Amravathi on Rt. 34. Anyone aware of any new ones?

I went to Masala Kitchen. It's been open 1 week. It's open for dinner every day from 5 to 10pm. Attached is photo. It is a brand new renovated space, and in my opinion is very nice, modern and sleek. Visually its one of the nicer restarants in the area. The staff was very nice, and accomodating, and considering it was their second week, were suprisingly on the ball. We ordered apple juice for our kids, and it seemed to be taking way too long, but when the juice came out, it appeared to be freshly made, which accounts for the delay (it was delicious by the way).
On to the food: The menu was extensive (see their website which seems to have a formating and printing issue). The food was fantastic. Bombay Gardens is good, but this was a cut above that. We had Samosa Chat as an appetizer, which was good, but probably the least favorite thing we orded. We had Keema Samosas, a shrimp appetizer that was lightly fried, a chicken appetizer that was not spicy for the kids, and a dry manchurian cauliflower which was amazing. The lamb dish we had was very good, but the lamb was not soft and tender. We also had a chicken tikka masala (great), a cauliflower naan (great) and an aloo gobi (great). There were so many good sounding things on the menu we have to go back and try as many as we can.
Bottom line, I am psyched as hell they are nearby, and that they also have takeout.-

When we had dinner at Masala Kitchen on Monday, I mentioned the awful website to the maitre d', and he said they will be re-doing it. You can read my review of our meal here: http://chowhound.chow.com/topics/552347

Nevermind, I found it. Masala Kitchen, Union Hill Plaza & Rt. 9 North in Morganville. A hop, skip and jump from my house. Will be nice having an Indian restaurant nearby. Hopefully it's good.
Found the website: www.masalakitchennj.com .. which hosts a menu, but no address or phone number.
