Lunch in Meadowvale (Argentia/Derry/Erin Mills Pkwy)

Is there anything out here?

This is a long shot, I know, as Mississauga appears to be a land of endless Tim Hortons drive thru lines, Swiss Chalets and other chains but I have a glimmer of hope that there's got to be something good lurking in the area. While bringing my lunch to work every day will prove healthier in the long run, I do require a good hit of takeout from time to time.

Has anyone got any recommendations for establishments in the area, be it a cafe serving great sandwiches, a good soup joint, a cafeteria I can infiltrate or even a coffee truck that's awesome?
