Americanized Chinese near Cerritos/Bellflower

Can anyone recommend americanized chinese takeout places near the Cerritos/Bellflower/Lakewood area? Hubby won't go for the authentic Chinese food.

This restaurant's a little out of your radius, but Yen Ching Restaurant in Orange is AMAZING. It's similar to P.F. Chang's (definitely Americanized Chinese food)....it's been voted Best Chinese in Orange County many times by Citysearch. I would highly recommend their Mongolian Beef and Kung Pao Chicken. All of the other stuff is good too :)

I second Ming's in Bellflower. Tried it for the 1st time 2 weeks ago and I was very impressed with the food.

On Bellflower Blvd. just south of the 92 freeway.

Too bad my family's take out is gone, that would have been the place, but as another person suggested on another posting, you may want to try Ming's on Bellflower Blvd. They have been around since the 70's, just not sure if it is the same owners or not.

Any one of your typical Americanized chinese dishes are good options, e.g. chow mein, kung pao chicken, moo shu pork, walnut shrimp etc. Good corn chowder soup if I recall correctly.
