Want to know what the locals think of Ed Debevics, is it worth going to?

Don't bother, it's terrible! Yep, Johhny Rockets serves decent burgers and shakes.

Just FYI, if you're referring to the Johnny Rockets at Rush & Delaware, it's been gone for quite some time now.

It was originally Lettuce Entertain You, but not for a number of years.

It's a popular tourist stop [please spend lots of money while you're here--we need it ;)] and it's a good menu provided there ARE kids or people who like diner style food. It's not BAD and can be kind of fun, there are just better for grownups.

No. It may have been novel when it first opened -- what, 20 years ago? -- especially for children, but there's no reason to waste your time or money.

Another local "no" here. I wasn't even impressed with it as a teen.

No, unless you've got young kids and don't mind sacrificing a meal in their interests.

            The perfect assessment.

No, no need to go. I would say Johnny Rockets is charming by comparison.

Haven't been since my kids exited their adolescent years. It's a nostalgic diner, doesn't every town have its own version? Nothing to complain about but it's akin to Johnny Rockets or any other burger/fries/shake retro eatery.
