Suggestions for Happy Hour spots near Santa Monica

Hi there,

I am looking for suggestions on some fun happy hour places near the Santa Monica area for a friend's birthday celebration. Some of my friends are vegetarian so I've been a bit stumped. Is happy hour time commonly between 5 and 7 pm or do some places have these fixed prices for a bit of time? The best I could come up with was Bodega Bar http://www.bodegawinebar.com/ and I find it just ok.

I've not been for it but Warszawa advertises an "Is Anybody Really Happy Hour?" The restaurant itself is good if that is any indication.
