lamenting the selection today at a restaurant, i wondered aloud: where can i find this favorite, a very cold grolsch in a cold glass? or red hook esb on tap? must be in chilled glasses!

I don't know about Grolsch, but Red Hook ESB is much better not in a chillled glass in my opinion. I hate it when a good pale ale is served in a frosted glass.

hal, do you like the esb cold or not-so-cold?

I don't want it warm, but I don't want it so cold that the flavor is masked. Cold beer in a room temperature glass is fine, but a frosted glass makes it too cold for me.
