las vegas birthday dinner

would appreciate advice on planning my mother's 60th birthday dinner on a saturday in october for 9 people $80 or so per head for food. one of the nine is a well behaved 3 year old girl. thanks

On the strip, open minded group of adventurous eaters including a 3 year old, french contemporary american, fusion etc, as long as food is good
