Madrid - Supperclub's

I have friends going to Madrid at the end of the week.

Any reccos for cool supperclubs that have good food and good lounge/house music?

What about Seville, Granada, Cordoba, Toldeo?

What other gems are there for these foodies to eat at?

Any advice would be appreciated.
