not to dispute what you said amoncada, but I have *never* seen genuine Hatch New Mexico green chile's anywhere in Chicagoland! And as a fanatic about them. I've found that the Anaheim's, while a close cousin to a Mexico, are not a flavorful, although they work as a fair substitute.

Next week they are going to be picked, roasted & flash frozen, I expect my winters supply to arrive in the next 2-3 weeks.
Lord knows, I cant live without my homemade green chile stew & green chile burgers!!
