Good eats in Alaska near Seward, Healy and Denali?

My husband and I will be vacationing in Alaska and it's my task to plan where we'll be eating. We'll be driving from Anchorage to Seward, then on to Healy and Denali. Any recommendations for any restaurants? We're not picky eaters and are down for anything!

Thanks in advance!

On the drive from Anchorage to Seward, I'd plan to stop at one of the roadhouses just outside of Anchorage on Turnagain Arm or in Girdwood for a bite. After that, there's not too many places until you get to Seward. Its been awhile since I've been there but my last visit included Rays on the waterfront which was good as well as some lovely steamed clams at the Harbor Bar - funky little place but well worth it.

Driving from Anchorage to Denali & Healy - I'd make the side trip into Talkeetna and have lunch there. Healy has very little to offer as far as food - just a couple of diners. I can't remember the name of the one on the west side of the highway just past the "main part" but the food was decent. I'd probably try to find something down by the park entrance next time but we were looking for funky local spots as opposed to places where we had to fight for a place to park.
