Not sure if it's still there, but there was a store call The Chocolate Box on Donlands just south of O'Connor (east side) that sells British candy. They had Bourbon Biscuits.

Marks & Spencer used to sell the best Bourbon Cremes. I rue the day they left Canada. The only ones I have found are half decent are Jacobs Bourbon cremes at a shop called A bit of Home 600 Burnhamthorpe Rd West Unit 4 in

I grew up on them in HK, moved to Canada, didn't get any until M&S opened up in Canada. I think I survived first few years of college on them..but then M&S closed up shop, so I hear your pain.
Even M&S in the UK don't sell the Bourbon Cremes anymore! How I miss those purple packages of cookie goodness. It was at the top of my MUST BUY list on my first trip to the UK...you have no idea how annoyed I was M&S didn't have them anymore. I ended up stocking up packages of the store brand Bourbons from Tesco & Sainsbury. I sometimes get a friend in Glasgow to mail them to me...but I found a recipe online for it, it's pretty easy to make, but they don't keep well :(

You can get Bourbon biscuits in Toronto they are the long narrow chocolate Peak Freans often in an assorted peak frean packet but you can get them in their own box as well.

Many of the various Brit food shops around the GTA carry good cookie/biscuit selections. Worth calling.
