Opentable - Restaurants comment on customers?

I recently heard that Opentable has a feature by which restaurants can leave comments about their Opentable customers ("slow eater," "big tipper," etc.). Can they? I certainly cannot see any such comments when I log in as a customer to Opentable. Is there a way for me to find out any comments that restaurants have made about me??

No, you can't see them. They typically are used for things like "shellfish allergy", "prefers quiet table", birthday/anniversary dates, or wine and food preferences (enjoys california cabs), rather than the things you describe. It's used to give you enhanced service, like "wow, I can't believe they remembered my favorite table!" Really, nothing to worry about on your part. The comments are only in the database of that particular restaurant. Remember, Open Table is more than just an online reservation system -- it is a restaurant's entire reservation/guest database system. The online booking feature is just a small part of it.
