Breakfast in Walnut Creek

Meeting some people for breakfast in a couple of hours and nobody has any good chow worthy recommendations.

Anyone know any good WC breakfast spots?

    I have had a very good breakfast at the Sunrise Cafe. I remember ordering a Joe's Omelet and at the time there was a ban on spinach and it was still very tasty!

      That was kind of short notice and the board is slow on Saturday morning, munkeeCIAO. Where did you wind up?

        While putting in the above link, I found out the owner turned over the Sunrise Cafe to her son and with a cousin, he turned it into a BBQ. There is a cafe at a new location with a new name, Sunrise Bistro.

          Ya, sorry about the short notice. The plan to go to breakfast kinda hatched outta nowhere so the need to find something happened quickly. I was glad to have found some options (albeit slim) on this board.

          We went to the Sunrise Bistro. It was actually really good. Service was OK, but the food was really good. Everyone was happy. Coffee was great.
