Cranston, RI Pizza?

Any suggestions for a good pizza place in/around Cranston, RI?

    1. Check the Providence Pizza thread. A few places were mentioned there.

        1. The Big Cheese- 606 Reservoir Ave in Cranston! It is a sit down restaurant with a full bar as well as take out. They offer a few different styles of crusts- original, which is on the thick side (but not too thick), italian style, which is crispy on the bottom with a fluffyish dough, and thin crust (not crackerlike. thin but with a little substance). There is also whole wheat crust which is excellent. I've tried each crust and several different pizzas and calzones and have never been disappointed- everything is delicious! Also look for the stuffed greek popeye which is a spinach pie stuffed with a greek salad. It sounds strange, but is actually very tasty. (If you order it for take out, the salad and spinach pie are packaged separately, which is a disappointing presentation but a necessity to preserve the taste.) I have yet to try the sandwiches and pasta dinners, but the pizza and calzones are truly excellent.
