I can't find the post where someone mentions a chicken with garlic paste that is better than Zankou. I remeber a post talking about Skaf's, I think, but there was also another place maybe in Glendale that was something like Hrazdic Chicken? Does anyone know?

  1. Could it be Chicken Al-Wazir? I thought it had an interesting flavor, but more the most part I prefer Zankou.

I still prefer Zankou (without all its problems), the Hollywood location to Al-Wazir as well although Al-Wazir will do in a pinch.

    2. My Glendale preference has always been Elena's, cnr Glendale Blvd & Acacia. It's about the chicken shish!
