meals at off-hours/Philly

I am going to be (back in my hometown) in center city next week, and will be meeting
various people at various times that are going to fall between lunch and dinner. I will
probably want to eat at these times, since I will be busy myself during the standard
lunch hours Has anyone eaten at the Swann cafe in the Four Seasons, which serves
all day? how's the food?
