Gourmet market near potomac

I want to send a veggie lasagna or casserole to some new parents who live near Potomac, MD. They have a 2 week old so they've probably been eating chineese food and pizza for 14 days straight. Can anyone recommend a good market/restaurant who can make one and deliver? I live in the New York area and i'm not familar with the local places.
