JK Wine Bar or Kultura

for a small group...which one shall we choose? I have been to JK a few times now and have LOVED it each time! We are all fish eaters...no meat or shellfish.

How small is your group? I would certainly give the nod on food to JKWB over Kultura but the ambience at JKWB is definitely nicer if you can sit at the bar - not the best option if you're more than 2 or 3 people. Are you restricted to these 2 options? Starfish is certainly quite exceptional for fish (though not as "hip" as either of the places you mention) - the new Nota Bene also had a number of fish and veggie dishes on their menu.
