I haven't had any Ethiopian in the Hell's Kitchen area, but you must go to Pam's Real Thai on 49th between 9th and 10th. I've never had a bad meal there, and their oxtail soup is one of my favorite dishes in the city. I also like Empanada Mama for their many varieties of empanadas, and I recently had dinner at the recently-opened Five Napkin Burger, which I also enjoyed. For dessert, I almost always go to Kyotofu for their black sesame sweet tofu.
