bar-b-que in Ct.
Awhile ago I read an article in RI mag. about a small Mom and Pop rib joint in north eastern Ct.,right over the border from RI. I have since lost the article and of course now I am dying to go there. The owner has been smoking,-cooking-( L.O.L.) ribs for years and recently started doing it in his back yard (I think)and opened a small diner. Anyone know what I'm talking about? Can anyone reccomend the best rib joint around? (not-Wess"s). I also love brisket which is hard to find. The best I had was on Thames in Newport, just a small place on the sidewalk but very good.
Thanx for any suggestions,
Sandylee
