Anyone been to Perigee since Pat Riley left?
Has anyone been here since they got the new chef and renovated? Would you say you had a better or worse experience than before? Still recommended?
I can't personally say I have, but my friend went and ordered a Taste of Perigee for herself and the tasting menu for him. Her impressions were that the food was either bland or oversalted, and he wasn't impressed with the dessert (which was a float).
That's a shame because one of my most enjoyable pieces of foie gras (with black cherry) was experienced at Perigee under Pat Riley...
