Flan / Custard

I'm looking for good flan / custard in Manhattan or Queens
where do they serve the best flan?
I'm not looking for the chinese style egg custard that has a flour shell. Just the filling :P
Probably something like flan dulce du leche.
Suggestions?

Being 1/2 Argentinean, 1/2 Brazilian, I have two places to recommend:
Nina's Argentinean restaurant, at 1750 2nd Ave (btwn 91st & 92nd St). The food there is ok, but the flan con dulce de leche is very good.
The second one is a Brazilian place in Astoria, Brasilia Ville (43-12 34th Ave). I absolutely love this place. It's a really affordable Brazilian buffet/bbq style place, with consistently delicious food. You'll love their flan.

yes. the flan is pretty amazing at brasilia ville.

also you might want to try la nueva bakery in Jackson heights 86-10A 37th

it may not be so traditional, but try some of the filipino restaurants in woodside, queens. leche flan is much thicker, doesn't necessarily have the caramel topping and is excellent. i thought it was good at krystals.
