Best cinnamon rolls/buns in PDX

My husband has been tasked with bringing in some yummy cinnamon rolls/buns to the office as a reward for the team. Any suggestions on where to pick some up? These are the recommendations we have so far: Helen Bernhard Bakery, Beaverton Bakery, Cinnabon (obvious choice), & Rose’s Deli. We're planning on sacrificing ourselves and going on some taste test missions this weekend. Thanks in advance!

Well our grand plan to go into a diabetic coma and taste test as many cinnamon rolls as possible didn't quite go as planned. We checked out the rolls at Beaverton Bakery -- dry & uninteresting. Our second stop was Fleur de Lis -- ooey, gooey, deliciously sweet & just a tiny bit spicy -- perfect!! That was about all our taste buds could handle. I ended up buying a 4-pack of frozen rolls from Blue Gardenia, but have yet to bake them off.

For taste test purposes only, the cinnamon rolls at Country Cat's weekend brunch have a heavenly brown sugar/butter mix swirled on them. But I don't think those are available during the week for sharing with the office.

Rose's & Cinnabon...sound gross.
HB & BB would be in the so-so acceptable range.
My choices would be Fleur or Blue Gardenia on N Mississippi. Not cheap but worth it. As with most things, you get what you pay for.

Fleur de Lis - NE 40th and Hancock.

Pearl Bakery - I like their cinnamon crowns a lot. Not your classic cinnamon roll/bun however.
