Cointreau and Fruit
Well I made a real easy summer dessert that I got from Giada's Everyday Italian. I used a small seedless watermelon and a cantaloupe and used the melon baller. I marinated the fruit in some simple syrupwith chopped mint and a couple dashes of Cointreau. It tasted really nice after an hour or so. You can server in either melon if you like.
