vegetarian food in Beacon, NY?

Hi - my husband and I are going to Beacon, NY for a day or two and my online searches on veggie food there aren't turning anything up....but its an artist town, so I am sorta hoping there is at least one place in town. Anyone know of any veggie food in Beacon?

Don't know if this reply is too late, but if you're going to Beacon, go to the Dia Art Foundation Museum (incredible and great modern art), they have a decent cafe' there and you can get a vegetarian sandwich or so there.

You may want to also give Sukothai a try-great food and they have vegetarian options.

The Beacon Natural Market has very good vegetarian and vegan take -out.
