Gramercy Tavern 3-course Dinner tonight - What to order?

I'm going to Gramercy Tavern tonight with my fiance, and am planning on the $82 pre-fixe dinner menu. This is my first visit to GT and I'm pretty excited for it.

I'm thinking of getting the foie gras custard and the braised pork and pork belly dish. Are those some of their better dishes? Besides those two dishes, are there any others you would strongly recommend? Thanks in advance.

Whatever you do stick with the idea of getting the foie gras custard, it's a small(ish) dish but so rich and delicious. I really like the smoked lobster and the lamb but if you want the pork you won't be disappointed.

Just to get you more excited, the service is fantastic and you are sure to have a great evening.

I had the trout appetizer and the pork when I went a few weeks ago and thought both of them were great.
