Theatre District dinner options?

We're seeing the Jersey Boys tomororw night, theatre is located on 52nd btw Broadway and 8th Avenue. And we're all relatively health conscious and try to avoid any foods high in oils, fats, sugars, etc. Typically we fair well at more modern asian fusion restaurants that serve a good piece of fish and brown rice and we either have them go easy on the sauce or put it on the side. But otherwise any other good restaurant recommendations in the neighborhood would be welcome. Preferably some place with a nice, casual atmosphere and moderately priced as well. Light mediterranean or new american/continental would work too. Thanks!

Hi, you may want to try Zenith on 48th Street and 8th Avenue. They are actually 2 restaurants, Zenith serves an Asian vegan menu and Asahi, which serves sushi and Japanese food. They are very affordable and the atmosphere is very calm. You may also like Dervish on 46th (may be 47th St, sorry) between 7th and 6th Avenues. It is Turkish, lots of healthy options and have prix fixe dinner specials. Hope you enjoy your show.

Ruby Foo's is fast and reasonably priced. Insieme is good for Italian and great service. Blue Fin is a good option for seafood with a cool atmosphere.
