BEST ITALIAN IN VEGAS???

I'm planning a trip to Vegas next month, and need an Italian restaurant to break up the Steak, Seafood and French nights....... Any suggestions???? Staying at Palazzo, but i have a car, so i can drive.................

Try B&B at the Venetian. CarneVino at your hotel also has a great list of pastas, along with the steaks.

I've heard B+B isn't as good as Babbo......if that is the case, it could still be my second favorite meal of all time. :-) Otto was also stellar.

I'm still trying to decide if I want to hit B+B despite Babbo in June, or if I'd prefer try out Enoteca and Carnevino.

Haven't been to Babbo (couldn't get in last time), but haven't been disappointed at B&B on 2 visits during last 2 visits to Vegas. The pasta sampler is unbelievable. Enotecta has a nice location, with good people watching, but I loved the atmosphere of Carnevino. Service at both places was really good too (which is important to me).

no, but i went ahead and made reservations at Stratta.... with Alex Stratta's reputation, i figure it's got to be worth a try. I'll review it in October when i get back.
