Park Slope cheap eats near 5th and Union?
We just moved from Carroll Gardens to Park Slope. Though we are somewhat familiar with the area (I used to live in South Slope), we don't know it inside out.
Right now, we are on a quest for the cheap ($30 and under for 2), easy, and relatively healthy dinner on a weeknight. We know about Hunan Delight and Aunt Suzie's. Any other suggestions?

These are all good suggestions. Let me also put in a mention for Zuzu Ramen, on 4th and Degraw (I think). You can get a really good, huge bowl of spicy green curry ramen with pork and vegetables for 10 bucks. And while you're at it, their starter of steamed bbq pork buns with a sweet-spicy dipping sauce is one of the most insanely delicious dishes I've had anywhere in the Slope.

I may be alone in this opinion, but Mee Thai, on 5th between Sackett and Degraw is my current favorite Thai place in the slope. They use a lot of veggies. It used to be BYOB and I am sad those days are over, but still, a great place.
I also have to give a big shout out to 5th Ave. Market at the corner of 5th and Berkeley Pl. THE BEST BODEGA/DELI IN THE AREA. Fabulously nice cashiers, great selection, and extensive, excellent, inexpensive, hot and cold sandwich menu. Makes for a great weeknight meal and they deliver. Get the Little Timmy's: bacon and turkey - YUM!
FWIW, I would avoid Hunan Delight.

JPan Sushi, 5th Ave between 1st and 2nd, especially for the lunch specials. Nice garden out back.
We also regularly take out from El Pollo for chicken, rice and beans. Few people eat at the restaurant itself, but they sometimes run out of chicken so I think they do a decent take-out business. -
Welcome to the neighborhood.
Try S'nice, on 3rd street and 5th avenue. . .not pricey, good food slanted a bit towards vegan (ie healthy).
Song serves excellent Thai food, on 5th avenue, bet 1st and 2nd, reasonably priced, cash only. We tend to go for take out; I'm not sure it would be considered healthy, but definitely yummy.
Next to Song is El Pollo, Peruvian Cuisine, which is reasonably priced, and has excellent Chicken.
On the other side of Union, I recommend Press 195, on 5th ave; excellent Pannini's, etc. reasonably price, great variety.
Hope this helps.
