Wheat Pizza Crust in West/New Haven CT

My SO just moved to West Haven and she's looking for any and all pizza joints in the area that serve wheat crusts. She's moving from Kansas where wheat crusts are plentiful but they're harder to find in Connecticut. Any recs?

Also, she's on the prowl for really good salad bars (she's a vegetarian, so meat in the salad ar is a moot point). All-you-can-eat salad bars are a bonus.

It's a bit of a drive but if she ever gets up to West Hartford, Harry's Bishop's Corner has a wheat crust that's outstanding. Must-try, if you like that sort of thing. I like mine white with spinach onions and garlic, or sometimes broccoli instead of spinach. Yum!!

First and Last Tavern off of Exit 59 in Guilford makes an excellent whole wheat crust. I live down in New Haven and have many outstanding options for pizza, but will still drive out to Guilford just for this crust.

Try Old World Pizza in Hamden, they have a tasty whole-wheat crust. Edge of the Woods in New Haven has a great veggie salad bar with hot food as well.

Olde World Apizza is a good joint. Meets your criteria and turns out a very good pie. They do one of the best meatball pizzas that I've had. I do believe its in North Haven to be technically correct.
